
Marsha G. Gentner
Ms. Gentner joined JPH&S in 1983. She is a member of the JPH&S Management
Committee. Ms. Gentner represents a wide range of domestic
and international clients in a variety of industrial, commercial and
technological fields with respect to intellectual property matters
throughout the world. Her primary focus is on computer, trademark and
copyright law, with particular emphasis on litigation and licensing.
Ms. Gentner has litigated numerous trademark and copyright cases, including
those involving Internet and domain name disputes, software piracy and
seizure orders, in the U.S. District Courts and Courts of Appeal,
and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
