Simor L. Moskowitz
Mr. Moskowitz has been with the Firm, first as a law clerk, and subsequently,
as an associate and partner, since 1970. Mr. Moskowitz has extensive experience
in all phases of trademark and copyright law and trade regulation matters,
including trademark prosecution and copyrights, licensing and import matters
before the U.S. Customs Service, and litigation in the U.S. District Courts
and Courts of Appeal, as well as before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Mr. Moskowitz represents a wide variety
of United States and foreign clients, counseling them on a broad variety of
intellectual property matters. Mr. Moskowitz has successfully obtained
thousands of trademark registrations, throughout the world.
