Trademark Applications
Effective January 17, 2015, the application fee per class for electronic filing, which we always do, will be lowered from $325.00 to $275.00.
Trademark Renewal
Effective January 17, 2015, the electronic filing, which we always do, under section 9 will be lowered from $400.00 to $300.00 per class.
Design Applications
The U.S. ratified the Geneva Act of the Hague Agreement concerning U.S. design application. This means that any U.S. design application filed on or after May 13, 2015 will have a term when patented of 15 years and not 14 years.
